When Mrs. Wheeler’s husband — a devoted pastor and father of seven — passed away unexpectedly in 2021, she turned her family's grief into a powerful mission: that no child should have to grieve alone. Through the Patrick Wesley Wheeler Foundation: Hand in Hand Brandon they provide free in-person and virtual peer grief support for children and families in need.
